  • Once you place an order and pay for the goods, we will then send a confirmation to the email address provided at the time of ordering. We may follow up with any additional email or phone correspondence if your order requires confirmation of specific sizes, stones, or engraving details, for example. Another email will be sent when your order has been shipped.

  • Sizing is the responsibility of the customer. Please see ordering info or get in touch if you need any help.

  • Commissions cannot be returned unless faulty upon delivery, please get in touch in the event of this happening.

  • Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty upon delivery.
